You will receive a floral French style saucer. Made when the U.S occupied Japan right after WWII.
Here's a bit of history I found:

Exporting manufactured goods to western markets was part of the economic revival. All goods destined for the U.S. had to be marked “Occupied Japan” or “Made in Occupied Japan.” The products were usually inexpensive toys, tea sets and kitchen items, many of them copying western motifs.

**It will make a great wall hanging or just to add to your collection.

**The plate measures 5 and 5/8" in diameter.
